Captain Carl has been a licensed Captain for over 20 years and has fished on Nantucket Sound for over 20 years. He has a Masters degree in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College at Fort Schuyler.

Captain Carl holds a 1600 ton Masters License and an unlimited tonnage Masters License. During the winter months he is a deckofficer aboard a 900 foot container ship that sails from New York to Singapore, stopping at various ports in between.

Captain Carl has two beautiful daughters, ages 8 and 4, who enjoy fishing and boating with him aboard the Cap’n Kid.

Cap’n Kid Fishing Adventures is a family run operation. Captain Carl you'll find either running the boat or manning the reservation booth. Carl's wife Jill manages the reservation booth and coordinates staff and crew. And, the girls are already on their way to becoming part of the offical crew on board the boat.
