Captain Carl has been a licensed Captain for over 18 years and has fished on Nantucket Sound for over 20 years. He has a Masters degree in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College at Fort Schuyler.

Captain Carl holds a 1600 ton Masters License and an unlimited tonnage Chief Mates License. During the winter months he is a deckofficer aboard a 900 foot container ship that sails from New York to Singapore, stopping at various ports in between.

Captain Carl has two beautiful daughters, ages 5 and 20 months, who enjoy fishing and boating with him aboard the Cap’n Kid.

Cap’n Kid Fishing Adventures is a family run operation. Captain Carl is the Captain aboard the Cap’n Kid. His wife Jill handles reservations and oversees ticketing.
